E.D. Marshall Jewelers
" When people first walk through our doors, they get hooked by our comfortable surroundings, pleasant and knowledgeable sales staff, large selection of brands, and the deep inventory to choose from. "
- Ed Marshall
It’s always a pleasure to stop by E.D. Marshall, the jeweler that has been offering the greater Scottsdale area some of the world’s finest quality timepieces and jewelry since 1971. Owner and founder Ed Marshall proudly serves up thousands of luxury watches by more than twenty brands including Blancpain, Bulgari, Franck Muller, Glashütte Original, Hublot, Ulysse Nardin, and Zenith. Beyond this impressive selection of new timepieces, E.D. Marshall has also become a much sought-after destination for certified pre-owned timepieces, including such brands as Patek Philippe, Cartier, IWC, Rolex and many more. These beautiful timepieces are all featured in an unpretentious yet traditionally stylish environment of more than 9,000 square feet.
About 30 employees, well equipped with vast knowledge and a penchant for personable service, assist each and every customer and collector who visits E.D. Marshall. Each employee is well educated about every timepiece in stock so that they may teach their clients about the best measures to take to maintain the quality of their watch purchase. “Our general success is due to three major aspects,” says Marshall, “a knowledgeable sales staff, extensive inventory and a friendly atmosphere.”
E.D. Marshall also has an in-house watch repair department, which provides a broad range of watch repair and restoration services for most mechanical Swiss and American pocket watches. “We have the resources to handle almost any challenge, from manual-wind and automatic watches, to the repair of chronographs, perpetual calendars and minute repeaters,” says Ed Marshall. E.D. Marshall offers a one-year warranty on any “complete overhaul” watch repair. Their repair department also does expert cosmetic reconditioning, restoring each timepiece to the flawless condition it once enjoyed.
E.D. Marshall hosts fabulous events throughout the year where customers are invited to enjoy themselves and see the latest luxurious watch offerings in a more social environment. The annual “Watchtoberfest” is held the last Friday and Saturday before Halloween each year. There is also a holiday open house, which is always greatly enjoyed by customers and staff alike. E.D. Marshall is also enthusiastically involved in various community activities, supporting such charities as the American Heart Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Epilepsy Foundation, American Cancer Society and the Phoenix Art Museum.
